The Voice UK Returns to BBC One in 2016
We are used to seeing the judges moved emotionally on this show in the past, but there must be some pretty big talent coming up as Faith has openly admitted to crying "several times", as have her fellow judges, Boy George and Ricky Wilson.
Fellow new judge Boy George, 54, admitted the music industry had changed dramatically in the last few years. "Then the third year people were asking, 'Why are you doing it again?' I've got to admit, it's because I love it".
Victor of the Brit Award for Best British Female Artist 2015, Paloma Faith shot to global stardom with her debut album, Do You Want The Truth Or Something Beautiful? in 2009.
"I feel really impressed by the fact that there are people on there that you can't believe you haven't heard of already". "I'm honest. Sometimes too honest".
"I've found it very uncomfortable in the past saying things - being confident about saying this is good - because obviously I'm from the NME world and we're supposed to just moan and go 'Yeah, well, it's alright, if they like it they like it...' Now I'm like no, this is brilliant!" "They saw something in them that I didn't see".
The Voice starts on BBC1 on January 9 at 7.30pm.
