Justin Bieber on Selena Gomez Split

The interview with The Bert Show was taped on December 17 but didn't air until Tuesday, January 5.

Model Hailey Baldwin and Bieber spent New Year's together and have been showing a lot of PDA on Instagram as they vacation together... even spending time with Bieber's family.

"[Selena] loves me. No, I love her, too".

The singer ended questioning stating he just want Selena to "be happy".

In the interview - which is billed by the program as "a super open, raw and honest interview" - Bieber continued to comment on his ex-girlfriend. In return, Bieber asked her to give Kylie a break, since apparently she was just suffering from her own privilege.

"He loves Hailey as a friend and considers her one of his best friends. Who's this guy? This guy's a chump", he joked.

For Bieber fans, what his latest love-interest's father has done or not is probably not the most important in the list of things to know.

Both he and Baldwin are sporting the plaited braids in the picture, and Bieber made it clear he was forced to adopt the 'do.

According to Mail Online, the pair were said to be very "touchy feeling", before Kourtney was pictured leaving a Beverly Hills hotel often frequented by Justin.
