Dead In Wis. Apartment Building Shooting

Two people are dead after a shooting in northwest Wisconsin Thursday night.

Police received a call about 10:26 p.m. reporting a gunshot and screaming from 5 1/2 West Eau Claire Street. The dead are identified as Cheri Fullarton, 37, and Justin Lowrie, 32. Additional gunshots were reported before police arrived.

Officer found both a man and a woman dead inside the apartment building. The building was evacuated and a further search made with assistance of the Barron County Sheriff's Office emergency response team located a deceased male subject inside the apartment.

A handgun was found at the scene, police said.
